Use wqsg_umd, open ISO.
If you have Prometheus module inside the ISO (see if PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/EBOOT.OLD):
Copy all the files into the folder PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
If you don't have Prometheus modules:
Extract original PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/EBOOT.BIN and rename to EBOOT.OLD (case sensitive), copy to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
Copy all the files from the archive into the folder PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.

It's unknown on which system or custom firmware this will run on, but from what has been translated on his thread is that it's an old EBOOT replacement trick for 6.31 FW games.
