REBUG CFW 3.41.2 & 3.55.1 – Play on PSN Dev. Servers
Posted by greg
Yeah, yeah… I’m way late on this… I’ll admit at first I was reluctant to post because well, I thought it brought nothing newsworthy to the frontpage, but after a few emails (thanks Lou N Seb!) I now know this CFW lets you access PSN … not “retail” PSN so to speak, I’m talking access to PSN dev. servers … and yes, you can play online … apparently there are a lot of COD players just waiting to get fragged up.
Of course you’re stepping on dangerous ground by logging into PSN dev. servers. But that’s on you — you decide if it is worth the risk of a potential console and/or PSN ban.
Here is the tutorial to follow, courtesy of nextgenupdate:
You need to install Rebug 3.55 CFW
Now you need to set Original PSN to Dev PSN: Go to Debug Settings -> NP Environment -> Change to “sp-int”
Now you need to start the spoof 3.60 rebug, then you will lose your Debug setting for get it back you need to install and run Cex Dex Rebug selector (it’s under Package Manager, in PS3 HDD)
Now you need to make a new account on PSN you can set everything random but the PSN ID must be the same of the account on Original PSN or COD will not load your stats (lvl, classes, ect).
Now you need to set on your PS3 on Internet Connection Setting as Primary DNS the LOCAL IP of you PC (192.168.XXX.XXX) and as Secondary your modem IP OR “8.8.8.8″
Start the my tool and make sure it’s showing the right Local IP (192.168.XXX.XXX) then press OK.
Some of that isn’t the clearest but you’ll figure it out. Visit the news source below to download and learn more about Rebug CFW 3.41.2 / 3.55.1; we aren’t hosting these custom firmwares at the request of cyberskunk … and rebug.me deserves the hits for their hard work.
