  • When you start a PSX game, multiMAN will check if the game requires ps1emu or ps1netemu. There is a list of 160 games which seem to require ps1netemu to be used. So if it happens that the game you start (using the regular "Load (PSX/PS3)") is found in the list, multiMAN will start the proper emulator.

Solange es sich nicht um direkte Downloads handelt, ist das legal.
Thread kann also bleiben. Sony scheint sich aber auch derzeit nicht mehr um die Szene zu kümmern, war ne kurze Phase damals rund um den PSN Hack.

* Added: Advanced option in XMMB Settings:

Expand Contents of XMMB media columns
Sets whether to scan and show content in music, photo, video and retro columns.

When option is disabled, multiMAN will not scan your usb/hard drive/etc for supported files (mp3/avi/roms/etc).

Soo Liebe Leute da ich mich einw enig geärgert hatte das hier gar keine Beschreibung zu den Updates stehen was sie eig bringen, da es hunderte Momentan gibt nimm ich es mal selbst in die Hand...

Bei den neuesten Update der 2.08.01 hatte der Entwickler folgendes gemacht:

* Eine Verbesserte Erkennung von PSX-Discs
* Erkennung möglicher Benutzer-Fehler beim Bearbeiten von options.ini
* das kopieren der options.ini/ options_default.ini von angeschlossenen USB-Laufwerken beim Systemstart gelöscht

In diesem Update wurde folgende Fehler behoben:



* I added some checks to verify if the paths from options_default.ini/options.ini are correct to avoid multiMAN locking when you connect external USB HDD. So it was checking if
/dev_usb***/GAMES exist and scanned it,
then it checks
/GAMEZ (instead of /dev_usb***/GAMEZ) and it failed... A silly typo actually, so all is okay now.

In 02.08.06 the problems with lock/freeze when usb is connected for some users should be gone. Also copying games with split files is now possible from one usb to another.

  • Backup from PS3 game discs now works as it should
  • You can still launch PSX games from XMMB Game Column
  • You can still launch PS3 game backups from DVD-R/RW / BD-R/RE
  • You cannot create ISO backups or access non-genuine PS3 game discs
  • You will see a "STAR" icon in XMMB Game column, which you can use to launch your PSX backups.

    To keep the same functionality as before you can turn on "Direct Disc Access" from XMMB Settings column.
  • Press [TRIANGLE] -> Enable Direct Disc Access

    When in Direct Disc Access mode you can do all the stuff you did before, except "creating backups of PS3 Game Discs".

Joo, das hatte ich eigentlich gemeint. PS3 Games können jetzt von DVDs gestartet werden, d.h. man brennt sie auf ne DVD und über multiMan werden sie gestartet.^^

Das immer noch kommt denk ich mal daher, dass das in nem vorherigen Update mit drin war und nur ne Sache aktualisiert/ergänzt wurde?

Datei-Backup erstellen ja, aber kein BD-Abbild (ISO) und man hat keinen Zugriff auf gebrannte PS3-Games. Aber der Teil des Satzes , den du scheinbar gar nicht beachtet hast, relativiert das wieder: (es sei denn, Direkt Disk Access ist aktiviert). D.h. wenn du die Option einschaltest, geht auch das... Wink

Ich hoffe mal das ich die Frage hier stellen darf...
Ich habe gestern mir eine neue externe Festplatte gekauft da die alte 250 GB Festplatte voll war.Also habe ich mir ne neue geholt mit 2TB,demnach habe ich sie in FAT32 formatiert,sie wird von der PS3 erkannt,ich kann auf sie zugreifen und benutzen,Filme und Musiktitel können normal via dem XMB und Showtime abgespielt werden,aber ich kann meine PS3 Games nicht auf die externe HDD backuppen, sondern erst auf die interne und dann via FileManager auf die Externe kopieren.

Wo kann ich es einstellen,das MM meine PS3 Titel auf die externe HDD backuppt, und die PS3 Games im MM anzeigt?
Festplatte:Toshiba Stor.e Alu 2S mit 2TB und USB 3.0/abwartskompatibel mit USB 2.0

du musst erst die platte bearbeiten da die stor e alu nen emuliertes cdrom hat kann die ps3 es nicht....
